**Job Title**: Warehouse Specialist
**Location**: 1230 Old Innes Rd, Ottawa, ON

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Specialist** to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can do it all — from receiving and inventory management to order picking, packing, and coordinating logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking & Packing**: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- **Shipping & Wrapping**: Securely package goods and wrap pallets/skids to ensure safe transportation.
- **Receiving**: Receive incoming shipments, match against purchase orders, inspect for accuracy, and enter inventory into the system.
- **Put-Away & Restocking**: Move and organize products in the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- **Logistics & Scheduling**: Assist in planning and prioritizing deliveries based on urgency and schedule demands.
- **Loading**: Safely load outgoing shipments for delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by performing regular cleaning and organizing tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift experience and certification an asset
- Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and performing physical work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
