North Vancouver, Canada Village Physiotherapy Full time

_**Temporary Part Time Reception January to May 2025**_

Village Physiotherapy has been working with the North Shore community to remain healthy and active for over 30 years The clinic is located in the heart of Edgemont Village in a beautiful and bright space overlooking the North Shore mountains. We are an orthopedic and sports-oriented clinic with a multidisciplinary team that provides physiotherapy and massage therapy services to our amazing patientsand we have a lot of fun doing it

**About the Role**:
Experience working in a clinic setting would be an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who would be the best fit

**Hours of Work: Monday 2-close // Tuesday 2-close**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients into the clinic
- Booking appointments and processing payments using Jane software
- Third party insurance claim submission and management (ICBC, MSP, private insurance)
- Tidying treatment rooms and clinic, laundry
- General administrative duties as required by the Office Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with general office administrative duties
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Google Workspace (Jane software knowledge considered an asset)
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality standards
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
