Our Mobilists serve as the frontline advisors, utilizing their expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles, in addition to connected home services to meet their needs. As passionate advocates representing leading brands, including Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Chatr, Lucky and PC Mobile, Mobilists play a pivotal role in connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications all while having fun and earning an exceptional commission from your sales.

**How does The Mobile Shop differ from the others?**

**A Day in the Life at the Mobile Shop as a Wireless Store Manager**:

- Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance.
- Adhoc duties and tasks as required.
