**Role Responsibilities**:
- Design and conduct high-energy group fitness classes for varying skill levels.
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment for class participants.
- Ensure safety and provide class modifications to accommodate all participants.
- Keep abreast of the latest fitness trends to enrich class content.
- Manage personal training client schedules effectively, within the provided time slots.
- Certified Fitness Trainer or equivalent credentials.
- Experienced in leading high-engagement group fitness classes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse group of members.
- Dedicated to promoting fitness education and supporting individuals in their fitness journeys.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to St. Albert/North Edmonton area.
- Availability for early morning sessions (5 AM to 7 AM) and flexibility for potential evening classes.
