**Workplace**

Our head office being located in Boucherville, on the South Shore of Montreal, we know that some of our employees are concerned by the roadwork being carried out in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel. That’s why we stood up an in-house advisory committee and implemented new work policies that provide our teams with even more flexibility, no matter where they live. Whether it’s working from home or having flexible hours - when a role requires employees to be physically present at the office -, we are constantly re-evaluating our practices to provide the best possible work environment to our employees.

**Your role**
- Support technicians in their pay process
- Collaborate with other team members according to operational needs
- Interact on a daily basis with Lowe’s Canada employees located in various provinces of Canada
- Document the changes to be made and obtain the necessary approvals
- Respond to different requests from different departments
- Document requests in the ticket tracking tool and consult the various systems in order to collect relevant information to resolve the problems reported.
- Ensure certain follow-ups with the various levels of government, such as responding to Service Canada requests
- Replace other clerks during vacation or absences.

**The qualifications that we are looking for**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- High School Degree is a minimum requirement, DEC in administration and / or accreditation of the CPA in progress an asset.
- Knowledge of Kronos, Ceridian (Payflex, InSync), Oracle, Workday software (an asset)
- Experience in high volume payroll processing in several Canadian provinces (including unionized employees)
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Sense of initiative, good spirit of collaboration and good ability to work within short deadlines
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent command of technological tools, especially Excel
