**Location(s) of work**: 77 Mountain View Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba
**Hours of operation**:Mon-Thur 8:00 AM - 5 PM Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

**Responsibilities/ Duties**:
- Oversee all of the manufacturing activities. Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
- To manage the manufacturing plant ensuring that the employees and or contractors are meeting the schedule and production objectives of the Company. This will include all manufacturing processes and the management of inputs required to make plan, the controlling of costs and other duties as generally expected of a managerial person.
- Optimize production process by minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Plan, develop, and implement processes, equipment and facilities, maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products and complete all projects and directives given by the Management.
- Set up and refine administrative systems that facilitate the development of the manufacturing operation
**Skills and Qualifications required for this position**:
- Minimum 10 years cabinetry experience in commercial and residential
- A minimum of 1 year of management training or relevant post secondary education
- 5 years supervisory/management experience in the cabinet industry
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
