Reservationist

***:

- Schedule same day and up to and including seven (7) days in advance trip request
- Schedule subscription, special events, closures and template trips.
- Answering all phone calls during scheduled shift
- Review and schedule all waiting list trips, contact clients for confirmation.
- Support call center supervisor and/or designate by informing of all impending scheduling problems.
- Forward client complaints to Service Coordination Supervisor.
- Responsible for reporting any health and safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining a work area that is free from obstruction and that does not hinder the health and safety of themselves or fellow employees.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must possess an excellent understanding of the geographical layout of the city for assigning trips.
- Must have the ability to work as a team player.
- Must possess a grade 12 level of education or equivalent.
- Must possess excellent computer knowledge including Windows and data entry skills.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, communication skills, pleasant telephone manner, problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.43 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
