Proshop Customer Service

Hillview Golf is looking for someone with great attitude who thrives in a fun work environment Students encouraged to apply.
- **Create a positive customer experience**:
- Answer incoming calls, greet, direct, and monitor golfers
- Perform opening/closing Proshop responsibilities at start of shift and end of shift balance receipts, count cash and complete daily paperwork.
- Resolve problems and answer golfers inquiries
- Retail sales
Type:
Seasonal part time, approximately 15-20 hours per week, April - September
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated to keep busy during slow periods
- Calm under pressure during busy times
- Strong work ethic with a positive open minded attitude
- Understanding of cash register and point of sale
- MS Office knowledge an asset
- Golf knowledge an asset - not required
Hours of Work:
Mostly evening shifts, including weekends. March - September
Compensation:
- $16.00 per hour to start
- Free meal during any shift 4+ hours
