**Reports To**: Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources specialist to oversee comprehensive HR management for our company, ensuring HR policies align with business strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations

2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals

3. Manage and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness

4. Provide career development planning and training programs for employees

5. Handle employee relations issues to ensure a harmonious work environment

6. Ensure HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations

7. Handle employment benefit packages

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of HR management experience
- **Skills**:

- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Proficient in various HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team management is preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Part-time position
- On site office work in North York
