Surrey, Canada Training Day Cafe Full time

We are looking for efficient and hard working food production staff with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills to join our team and play a key role in our growth. This position will be working out of our storefronts on King George or in Fleetwood.

**Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Prepare meals while providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to inquiries and assisting customers with orders
- Using a POS system to accept cash & cards for transactions and managing online orders
- Answering the phone in a friendly, courteous manner
- Clean and organize work stations and the storefront location
- Prepare for incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Conduct office and food inventory checks and stocking products
- Other duties as required.

**Skills & Qualities**:

- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of food, cooking and food prep skills
- Efficient, organized and self motivated
- Work well independently and with a team
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for packing
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Proven efficiency to a high standard of detail preferred
- Ability to follow instructions
- Food Safe Level 1

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.85-$17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
