**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fence Foreman/ Lead Hand to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the job site runs smoothly and that work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Lead Hand will be responsible for supervising crew members, coordinating tasks, and running the job site. Pay is based on experience and performance with the opportunity to grow.
**R**equirements
- Class 5 Drivers
- Ability to run a job site.
- Previous experience as a Foreman, lead hand or fence builder.
- Good work ethic, able to keep pace & quality of workmanship
- Good Communication skills
- Class 3 is an asset
