This is a 6-month contract

We have an immediate job opportunity for a Cash Logistics Reconciliation Officer at our Toronto, Ontario facility. Reporting directly to the Manager Cash Logistics (DX) and working in a team of four, the position will support the Cash Logistics operation in ATM reconciliation and will be responsible for collating and distributing subsequent reports to banks and other financial institutions (FIs) within pre-determined time frames.

Responsibilities- Direct reporting to banks and FIs in regards to treasury holdings and ATM reconciliation activities- Provide courteous, pro-active service to the Brink’s customer base - banks and FIs- Liaise with internal stakeholders on service issues, and process improvement opportunities- Ensure that reports are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner- Meet or exceed customer service levels for reporting

Qualifications- Experience in reconciling treasury holdings- Experience in ATM reconciliation at the unit level- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
