We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to play a key role in our operations. You'll work directly under our company controller, providing critical support to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves tasks such as managing files, working with Excel spreadsheets, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain accurate business files and records.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist the controller with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining schedules.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice reconciliation and data verification.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and managing correspondence.
