**Project Coordinator - (Demolition)**

**Salary: 50k to 60k (more depending on exp)**

**Location: Mississauga**

**A long standing demolition company with great company culture and team environment is looking for a few full time, long term, project coordinators. With the possibility of fast growing into the role of project manager this is a great opportunity for people looking to advance their career in an efficient manner in a company that cares.**

**Job Duties**
- Planning and execution of new project scope.
- Manage and coordinate sub-trades regarding structural demolition
- Coordinate shutdown of services as required during tie-ins.
- Coordinate material deliveries scheduled to site.
- Monitor and Flagging budget or schedule issues to the Project Manager. Advise Operations Team as to most efficient/cost effective ways of performing site work.
- Identifying the need for change orders or RFI at start up
- In cooperation with the Project Manager plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules as assigned
- Work with the Safety department to develop and maintain safety and quality control plans and programs as required
- Facilitate communication and logistics between the field and office
Position Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ Project Management/Superintendent/Site Foreman experience
- Experience of record keeping, scheduling, progress reporting.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation, standards, and guidelines related to demolition
- Highly motivated with an ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
