**Mandatory Technical Skills**:
Prior InfoSec Project Management Experience required. Work at-site during EST support hours. Responsible for communications follow-ups. Work with Engineering for workstation performance enhancement wrt EPP Security tools. Manage Security Projects under Scott. ServiceNow PTM experience preferred. Fast and effective learner Direct hands-on experience in managing the software development lifecycle Prior experience managing projects and stakeholders Strong organization skills, Program / Project Management and SW engineering acumen Hands-on software development, testing experience a definite plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Motivated to work with cross geographical teams Experienced with Jira Software Familiar with AGILE software development processes Experienced with Excel and PowerPoint Detail oriented

**Role profile description**:
Assist the roadmap program manager in all aspects of roadmap portfolio planning, including: - maintaining consistency between JIRA records and roadmap planning -Agile 1-N management of JIRA product backlog -updating JIRA records based on POR change requests -activities around quarterly engineering planning and publication of roadmap including JIRA updates, follow up with engineering, QA, documentation and devops teams on plans -creation of reports and JIRA dashboards, maintain weekly agenda -assist in monitoring and improving key metrics Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team. Help streamline day-to-day operations. Regularly communicate
