**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create detailed estimates and project proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on estimates, including breakdowns of costs associated with labor, materials, and overhead.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials prices, and construction methods to maintain competitive edge in estimating.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- 2-3 years in digital printing and wide format experience is required.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in construction estimating with a solid understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost assessments.
