Flagship Construction is growing and we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team

If have at least 10 year's experience in the construction industry in a Site Supervisory role and ready for a rewarding career than we want to hear from you.

**What we are looking for**:

- 10 year’s experience in Site Supervisor role with experience in commercial, institutional and/or industrial buildings, Project value $1M - $10M
- Able to lead and motivate co-workers
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Clear Child Abuse Registry
- Ability to obtain necessary clearance upon hire for specific projects
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems as they arise
- Passion for safety and working as part of a team of people
- Self-starter and always one step ahead of what’s expected and your call of duty
- Reliable and punctual
