**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Understand, implement and enforce FINA's Health and safety policy on all sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans and budgets
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates
- Provide guidance and mentorship to construction crew members
- Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss project status, goals, and any issues or concerns
- Have boots on the ground approach and work alongside team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role focused in ICI Construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading, building codes, and construction techniques
- Strong knowledge in using construction management software. Proficiency in ProCore is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively mentor and supervise a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and construction estimating processes
- Well versed with quality control procedures
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Experience with municipal projects will be considered as an asset
- Be willing to work on weekends as needed

We offer competitive compensation and bonus based on performance.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
