**A Server’s accountabilities include**:

- Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor
- Demonstrates knowledge of and can explain our menu in a manner that exudes a passion for our food and drink programs
- Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times
- Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of the Server station(s)
- Demonstrates and adheres to proper steps in responsible service of alcohol
- Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest
