**Summary**

Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler I performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.

**Essential Functions**
- Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
- Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
- Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
- Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment required
- One (1) year or more experience in the operation of a forklift required
- Experience with automated pick and pack systems required
- One (1) year or more familiarization with automated warehouse management system is an asset (PKMS) required
- Experience with an RF scanner required
- Valid Forklift Operator's License is an asset

- Fournir un soutien technique ainsi qu’un soutien à l'entretien pour les différents aspects relatifs au système automatisé d’emballage durant les horaires de base de la production
- Doit être en mesure d’administrer certains documents administratifs quotidiens d’entrepôt (feuille de cueillette, bordereaux de livraison, etc.)Responsabilités Supplémentaires:

- Doit être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible sur les différents quarts de travail
- Exécute d'autres fonctions telles qu'assignéesExigences:

- Diplôme général d'études secondaires (Exigé)
- 1 an d’expérience dans un entrepôt au rythme soutenu (Exigé)
- 1 an d’expérience dans la conduite de chariots élévateurs (Exigé)
- Expérience avec un système automatisé de ceuillette et d'emballage (Exigé)
- Expérience dans l’utilisation d’un terminal mobile (Exigé)
- Fortes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
