**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure waterproofing of roofs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing projects.
- Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times while on the job site.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
- Experience in carpentry or maintenance person work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in roofing practices.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
