We are currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** to support our growing commercial construction team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid foundation in construction project management. You will play a key role in coordinating activities between project stakeholders, site teams, and clients — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration
- Coordinate and track schedules, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and permits
- Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and process invoices, change orders, and purchase orders
- Support bid preparation, tender coordination, and contract documentation
- Maintain accurate project files and logs in project management software
- Attend project meetings and take minutes/action items as required
- Ensure health and safety policies are communicated and maintained across all sites
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years’ experience in construction project coordination or a related role
- Experience in commercial construction preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite and construction project management platforms (e.g., AutoDesk, Bluebeam, WRIKE)
- Strong organizational, time management, and great communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
