Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking an individual for part time or full time employment
**Duties**:
Prescription assembly
Proficient with data entry (Kroll)
Process customer transactions (Receive and release prescriptions)
Receive in-person and telephone refill requests
Provide Delivery and transportation services within the city
Pill Pack Assembly
Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies
Drug order receiving
Schedule professional clinical services (i.e., medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state management, etc.)
Administrative Duties: return to stocks, expired medication reconciliation, manual claims
Adhere to and implement all applicable organizational standards. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures
Operation and maintenance of automated packaging machines
Assist with other pharmacy maintenance, cleaning and operations as required
Qualifications and Technical Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy or hospital
Experience with Automation is an asset
Driver's license required
Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Criminal Records Check required
Pay: $16.00-$26.00 per hour
