Line Cook/prep

Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of foods using cooking and cooling techniques.
- Have knowledge of in house recipes.
- Have experience in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Adjust recipes according to customers' needs and preferences.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes or procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as food processors, food slicers, and ovens, deep fryers to prepare food for cooking or baking.

Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety will be vital in maintaining our restaurant's standards. You will handle food with care, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with the kitchen team. **Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff

Pay: $18.40-$23.00 per hour
