We are a leading martial arts academy located in Barrie, Ontario, dedicated to providing high-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to individuals of all skill levels. Our mission is to cultivate a positive and inclusive training environment, fostering personal growth and excellence in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

We are seeking a highly skilled and internationally experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Instruction and Training**:

- Conduct high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for students of all skill levels.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individuals and groups.
- Develop and implement effective training programs focused on technique, strategy, and conditioning.

2. **International Expertise**:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in both Gi and NoGi competitions at an international level.
- Showcase experience training and competing with world-class athletes on the global stage.

3. **Relocation and Availability**:

- Willingness to permanently relocate to Barrie, ON.
- Availability for split shifts: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 10 pm, as well as

Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm.

4. **Tournament Participation**:

- Travel to national and international tournaments to support and coach our competitors.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and strategies in Brazilian

Jiu-Jitsu competition.

5. **Online Presence**:

- Comfortable with filming and sharing instructional content online.
- Engage with the online BJJ community and promote the academy through various digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:
1. Brown or Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
2. Proven experience coaching and training with world-class international competitors.
3. Strong background in both Gi and NoGi competitions at an international level.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt coaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
6. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest BJJ trends and techniques.
7. Strong work ethic and commitment to personal and professional growth.
