BEHAVIOUR INTERVENTIONISTS NEEDED

BI work with children with autism (ages 3 to teenager). You will be supporting the children at home and/or in the community. The focus of the program includes communication, social skills, independent self-help skills and academic skills.
You will receive ongoing training from a BCBA.

Preference will be given to someone who has experience with Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Hours: up to 2 sessions per week, 2-3 hours each
Location: Richmond

Qualifications:
Energetic and enthusiastic; encouraging and friendly
Background in related field is an asset (e.g. psychology, education, speech and language pathology)
Experience working with children and/or children with autism
Minimum 19 years of age
Criminal record check needed
Minimum 1 year commitment

Hourly rate: $20-30, dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Volunteer

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
