The Head Labourer assists the Shop Manager in the daily maintenance and operations of the GNW facilities.

**Requirements**:
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduation with a minimum of 2 years professional experience in the fields of technical theatre, production services, event logistics, warehousing, construction labourer, and/or labour services, including post-secondary experience
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs/22 kg and effectively use handtrucks, carts, and other safe methods of moving items
- Some knowledge of production and safety practices in the entertainment industry
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow directions and ask questions when things are unclear
- Experience using customer service skills to maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and venue managers
- Driver's license and experience driving large trucks would be an asset

**Benefits**

Hourly wage is $26.00/hr, with the opportunity to enroll in our group benefits plan after a three-month probation period.
