You love representing Take it Outside to everyone and know the products and the outdoor industry inside and out.

**Your Role**: Ensure customers have an outstanding experience, as
store ambassadors - know, love the products - show everyone, ensure the
store is looking fresh & clean.
- Meet sales goals.
- 1 + years related experience in a retail apparel environment. Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team; viewed as a leader among peers
- Experienced with POS management
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and beyond expectations
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Consistently look for ways to optimize business opportunities.
- Be committed to personal and professional growth through continuous learning.
- Participate in social media Campaigns with videos, pictures - stories and posts that show off our amazing product and brand

**Applicant must have previous retail experience**

**Salary**: $13.50-$13.75 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
