**Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair work
- Complete many different construction tasks, including metal stud framing, drywall installation, taping, painting, demolition, door installation and minor tile repairs.
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Operate hand and power tools
- Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles and scissor lift
- Maintain company safety guidelines and practices
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Commit to continually improving your skills through on-the-job training

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction required, 5 plus years preferred
- Previous experience as a skilled labour or related position.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors, hot/cold)
- Must be comfortable working at heights and tight spaces
- Working at Heights certificate is an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- G Driver's license with a clear driver's abstract, preferably have own vehicle
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and nights as required

Pay: $22.00-$27.97 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
