IslandEarth is hiring full-time landscapers to join our Commercial Lawn Maintenance team. Based in Langford, we maintain top-tier properties across Greater Victoria. Think mowing, pruning, and weeding—done right.

**What You’ll Do**
- Mow, trim, edge, and keep lawns tight
- Prune shrubs and small trees
- Keep gardens clean and healthy
- Be part of a team that takes pride in every property

**What We’re Looking For**
- Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit
- Up for working outdoors in all conditions
- Local to Victoria (relocation not offered)
- Driver’s license? Great, but not required

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
