Our Executive Underwriters customize solutions for our clients when they need advice on mid-market Construction and Manufacturing risks. They work closely with our Actuarial and Claims departments to get a holistic picture of each risk, and make Underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.

You’re great at:
- Underwriting Construction and Manufacturing risks- Problem-solving and critical thinking- Customer service and relationship-building

You have:
- 10+ years of Underwriting experience, with a Construction or Manufacturing focus- Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation- Strong customer service background- Team-first mentality
