Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a **Production Team Member** to join their team and operate our **Thermoform Machine**. Experience with Plastics is ideal.

In this role you will be responsible for consistently and safely operating assigned thermoforming equipment while following company procedures for all safety initiatives. Producing a variety of molded plastic parts by loading raw materials, setting and adjusting cycle times, temperatures and pressures.

This position is Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00pm

**Responsibilities May Also Include**:

- Understand functions of thermal form machines and adjust accordingly to varying products
- Work with mold maker on PM’s and fixes on tools as required
- Read, understand and produce components from Engineering drawings
- Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals
- Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment
- Work safely in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Secondary School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Mechanically inclined with basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, fraction
- Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is ideal
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Detail oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual
