Cat5/6 cable pulling and terminating

Able to work at heights

AV and CCTV installation

Familiar with ONVIF, RTSP, SMB and FTP protocols

Fiberoptic installation, pulling and termination

Familiar with Synology DSM

Troubleshoot day to day issues with PCs

Basic or advanced network design

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Experience with desktop support, including hardware and software installation
- Knowledge of VPN setup and configuration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $38,594.28-$84,962.37 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
