**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, referrals, job fairs) to attract top talent.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from posting jobs and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Support company branding by promoting T Dot Automation as a trusted employer and staffing partner.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in **recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing** (preferably in **industrial, technical, or automation** sectors).
- Strong understanding of **technical roles** such as Robot Programmers, PLC/Controls Engineers, Electricians, and Technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
