**Job Summary**
To ensure the customer receives product which conforms to PPAP and quality requirements.

**Quality Assurance**
a. Report any deficiencies in systems, facilities, machinery, equipment and/or tools immediately to your supervisor
b. Record and/or report product damage/nonconformities to your supervisor as required
c. Comply with Quality Assurance policies and procedures
d. Participate and contribute to effective production efficiency

**Daily Responsibilities**
a. Clean up and maintenance of CMM machine
b. Load and set up the checking items to the set up sheets
c. Align the items and double check it before proceeding further
d. Program manual or CNC checks as required by the Supervisor
e. Record and report any problems or irregularities to the CMM Programmer for correction
f. Move the data to the proper locations. Name and mark the files to company standard
g. Mark and return the items to the proper locations
h. Modify the CMM program as required
i. Prepare the CMM report using various programs
j. Prepare drawings of digitized blocks
k. Record daily job numbers and hours at computer terminal in designated area. All data must be entered into COSS manufacturing system.
L. Provide guidance and instruction to Quality Auditors. Assist QA Auditor on the plant floor.
M. Assist maintaining the quality system to support IATF 16949 requirements
N. Audit the quality system
O. Other duties required in order to please the customer.

**Skills and Abilities**
a. Read and understand engineering drawings
b. Able to operate the CMM machine
c. Have basic skill to manipulate and CAD software being used in Cam Tool

**Requirements**:
a. Must be able to speak, read and write English
b. Previous CMM experience + Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
c. Engineering background & preferred degree or work related experience (2-3 years Quality exp. in a manufacturing environment)
d. Must have own reliable transportation
e. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
f. Blueprint reading
