**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team in our Seasonal Kiosk during the busy season. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various tasks throughout the kiosk.

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing backroom storage as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer interaction best practices.
- A passion for sales and the ability to effectively sell products through engaging conversations.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided for those unfamiliar with the technology.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
