*Adherence to the Well Test Planning Process, ensuring key deliverables is met as per agreed schedule and the design meets internal and relevant industry standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and support HAZard IDentification, HAZard OPerability studies, engineering and operational reviews, certification and other engineering and process safety reviews as required.
- Lead and supervise site based Well Testing and related operations as required; ensuring systems are installed, commissioned and operated as per approved design and programme.
- Review operational incidents and failures, analyses root cause effects and present findings to ensure a positive learning culture.
- Write technical report and be computer literate with relevant office and technical software packages
- Provide onshore logístical and operational support for regional activity.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 20 years Well Testing experience and demonstrable deep knowledge, understanding and experience of Well Testing operations, including offshore and high rate gas.
- Operator experience with demonstrated success in leading the design, engineering and execution of Well Testing operations in offshore environments.
- Operator experience in delivering detailed basis of design, operational programmes and technical reports.
- Display wide range of global experience within the well testing and interventions domain and have specific field experience with offshore and remote operations.
- Experience of high rate gas well testing operations.
- Extensive experience covering design, preparation and maintenance of relevant surface process, DST, TCP and Safety systems used in Well Testing systems.
- Good understanding of Process Safety design principles, and experience of detailed HAZID and HAZOP studies and other process safety activities.
- Good understanding of relevant industry standard and best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Industry recognized well control certificate

**Salary**: $56,848.85-$105,298.62 per year
