We are looking for a Document Controller who will play a key role in managing document control processes, ensuring the accurate organization and tracking of project documentation. They will be responsible for distributing documents, maintaining efficient filing systems, and upholding compliance with project standards.

This position is site based out Chalk River, ON.

What You Will Be Working On:

- Develop and implement Document Management framework and the Document Management Plan to ensure compliance with the project governance system framework.- Develop, implement and assess implementation of Document Management procedures and processes.- Ensure Project documentation is received, tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan.- Perform Quality and Compliance checks on documentation.- Collaborate in system improvements and rollouts.- Provide support and training to Project team on document management.- Undertake audits to ensure document management processes are well implemented and ensure data integrity.- Undertake reporting as required.- Onboard Project team and subcontractor to document management system.- Ensure Client and other stakeholders are onboarded to the document management system and supported through the lifecycle of the project.

What We Are Looking For:

- 2-5 years of document management experience and/ or working with an engineering consultant or construction company.- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.- Experience developing a Document Management Plan and Process Maps.- Proficient with Aconex and MS Office Suite - Procore would be an asset.- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
