**The Opportunity**:
The Materials Coordinator will manage the organization of packaging materials. This includes receiving, storage, and inventory management. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager. The Materials Coordinator will work day shifts, Monday through Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and movement of cardboard, film, labels, or ingredients.
- Input all relevant materials information into MXP.
- Fill out the Packaging Materials sheet on the drive daily.
- Use FIFO when filling out the Packaging Materials sheet to insure the oldest materials get used first.
- Assist packaging drivers get the proper materials for the lines.
- Return all packaging materials to inventory after packaging has completed production.
- Assist inventory clerks when needed to find any missing cards, any errors in usage counts and insure inventory is correct.
- Do a cycle count weekly on packaging materials not in MXP.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced operating a fork lift truck, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- MXP experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated focus on safety and quality.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions under stressful conditions.
