**Join the Harwood Ford Team**
We’re a **family-owned and operated dealership** looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Automotive Service Advisor** to join our fast-paced and customer-focused service team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the **first point of contact** for customers in our service department
- **Schedule appointments**, open and close repair orders, and communicate repair timelines
- Work closely with **technicians and the parts department** to ensure efficient service delivery
- **Process payments** using a point-of-sale system and maintain accurate records and organized filing
- Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to customers about their vehicles
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient **paperwork and documentation system**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **customer-first mindset** with great communication skills
- Strong **time management** and **organizational** abilities
- **Computer skills**: Comfortable using Windows-based systems, Excel & Word
- Some **automotive knowledge** is an asset
- Ability to **work well in a team environment** and handle a **fast-paced workflow**:

- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- Must have a **valid Class 5 Driver’s License**

**Schedule**:

- **Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM**:

- **Saturday rotation** every 3rd week: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
