**WE ARE SEEKING**

We’re seeking to hire a qualified Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives to work from our Burlington office. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

**Inside Sales Representative**: Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to follow up on Unsold Surveys completed by Field Sales Reps. Agents make note of calls, activities, and update all customer contact information in a proprietary customer database.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Contact customers after in-home appointment surveys to close sales
- Negotiate within pricing guidelines
- Reissue of quotes for customers and financing organizations
- Finalize and process customer payments
- Achieve required goals
- Complete other tasks assigned/required by the manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A secondary diploma and related experience
- 1 to 3 years in a sales environment
- 2+ years related experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory

Nous recherchons un représentant commercial interne bilingue qualifié pour travailler à notre bureau de Burlington. Horaires : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 17 h.

**Représentant des ventes internes**: Représentant des ventes internes : l'agent commercial sera chargé de passer des appels sortants aux clients pour assurer le suivi des enquêtes sur les invendus complétées par les représentants commerciaux sur le terrain. Les agents prennent note des appels, des activités et mettent à jour toutes les informations de contact des clients dans une base de données client exclusive..
