Key Reponsabilities
- Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations
- Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with Safeway’s programs
- Stocking product to shelves
- Maintaining and building cut produce displays in compliance with Safeway programs
- Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness, rotation, ordering and superior customer service
- Responsible for ordering and inventory control of cut fruit
- Completion of associated paperwork
- Ensure proper backroom procedures are being met

- Must be available to be scheduled anytime on Sunday (Alberta Only) Physical Requirements
- Frequent (Seldom: Not Daily, Rare: 0-5% of shift, Occasional: 6-33% of shift, Frequent: 34-66% of shift, Constant: 66-100% of shift)
- Constant lifting of up to 5 pounds - Occasional lifting of between 5-50 pounds - Constant reaching, standing, walking, gripping
- Frequent hand coordination, bending, squatting
- Occasional crouching, kneeling, twisting, climbing (step ladders, stairs)
