This position reports to Production Control Assistant Manager

This position is for our Office Shift of 8:00AM - 5:00PM located in our Stratford Site.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**:

- Daily EDI, Shippers, Paperwork, ASN & Extractions for all customers including service
- Follow up with all customer requests, expedites & supplemental orders
- Safety stock inventory tracking
- Communicate daily production behind status to management

**Planning**:

- Plan & release orders and forecast to suppliers
- Track supplier delivery performance
- Support with build out / build up with PPCC and Launch Specialist
- ECI tracking & control
- Perform supplier barcode label audits to ensure accuracy
- Daily backorder report check, invoice approval & packing slip verification
- Monitor inventory transactions in JDE and maintain JDE for new parts or changes
- Monthly/year-end inventory

**Packaging**:

- Inventory control on packaging material
- Address current production packaging concerns - skid & lids, cardboard usage, returnable shortages etc.

**Logistics**:

- SSR (Special Shipment Requests) for Stratford plant

**Other**:

- Excellent communication skills, including a good relationship with the customer
- Kaizen current processes
- Job must be performed within H&S guidelines
- TG Minto may amend the reporting structure and/or duties and responsibilities as business needs require.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education or 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced level of computer experience including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ability to understand and control EDI and inventory control systems (JDE and Future 3).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical and problem solving skills
- Must have an excellent attendance record
- Must be able to have flexible work hours including weekends to support the customer when required
- Must be able to prioritize work

If all other factors are equal, seniority will be used.
