**Summary**
As a Shift Leader at Domino's, you will play a vital role in managing store operations during your shift. This position involves leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the quality of our food products. Your leadership will help drive the success of the store and contribute to our mission of delivering the power of possible, one pizza at a time.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction levels.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Pay: $17.40-$18.50 per hour
