**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform installation of flooring and tiles according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete installations efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role, with skills in carpentry, flooring installation, and tile laying.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A maintenance person mindset with a willingness to learn new techniques as needed.
- Commitment to safety protocols on job sites.

Pay: $25.70-$28.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
