In 2024, we successfully expanded into the United States. This milestone marks a significant step in our growth. Our U.S. operations mirror the same dedication to quality and compliance that we’ve upheld in Canada, allowing us to strengthen relationships across North America and continue leading the charge in the vaping industry.
**The Story**:
I’ve been at Pacific Smoke for almost two years, and we need help Interest in our product and U.S. expansion is driving amazing growth, and we need to expand our capacity to hire. As we plan our hiring strategy for early 2025 and beyond, we recognize the need for wider recruiting support, which is why we’re opening this role.

**What You’ll Bring**:
- A genuine interest in PSI, demonstrated by a connection to our mission, marketplace, and/or product.
- Skilled in executing an end-to-end recruitment process in either an in-house or agency setting.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers to meet high standards.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Recruit for professional roles that have a measurable business impact.
- Work with multiple stakeholders, building high-quality partnerships.
- Hold yourself accountable for results, showing a drive to succeed.

**Interview Process**:
At PSI, our interview process is designed to help you showcase your best self. We’ll dive into your past projects and simulate working together through conversations.
- ** 30-minute introduction call** to discuss PSI and your past work. Expect a traditional recruiting screen.
- ** Online personality test**: It takes no more than 10 minutes and is used solely as an additional data point.
- ** A deeper dive into your recruiting experience**: We’ll go over the 5 main competencies most important for this role, followed by a quick exercise to see how you perform in a situation similar to what you’ll encounter day-to-day.
- ** 1-hour interview** structured around our core values with Ashley, Human Resources Generalist.
- ** 30-minute chat** to meet the Director of Human Resources.
