Construction Labourer

**CATA Management Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Construction Labourer to join our Earthworks and Civil team**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and excavation of job sites for earthworks and civil construction projects.
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment (training provided).
- Assist with the safe operation of heavy machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform manual labour tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving materials.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with general site maintenance and cleanup.
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or related field is an asset.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
