We are **Phoenix Dance & Music School**, located in Burnaby and West Vancouver, seeking a passionate and professional **Ballet Dance Instructor** to join our teaching team.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach ballet classes to children and youth at various levels (beginner to advanced).
- Prepare students for **RAD examinations, performances, and competitions**.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate with parents and the school administration regarding student progress.
- Assist in school performances, events, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Professional background in ballet (RAD certification or equivalent preferred).
- Previous teaching experience with children or youth.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passionate, patient, and able to motivate students.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (depending on class schedule).

**Job Type**
- Flexible schedule（Classes are available on weekends）

- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Pay: Up to $42.13 per hour
