**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and generate leads
- Receiving inbound calls and online inquires from customers and answering questions
- Entering customer information into dealership database
- Scheduling appointments (and following up with any “no show” customers)
- Following up with customers after their appointment or purchase
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s products
- Consistently provide a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service
- Ensure potential customers are aware of any ongoing promotions
- Greet and assist walk in customers, treating all clientele with courtesy and respect
- Provide support with various other tasks at the dealership

**Qualifications**:

- You must maintain a professional and personable demeanor
- You must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- You must possess superior English skills, both written and verbal
- You must have outbound (including cold calling) and/or calling experience in a call center or sales environment
- You must have optimal computer experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- You must be highly organized with the ability to learn quickly and multitask
