We are seeking a seasoned VP of Product and Technology to develop and lead the product strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you are a well-versed professional within the technology and product delivery space. You thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and startup environment. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Review and craft an overall plan (Product, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, etc) for Next Gen Product with timelines; Pilots, Upgrades, New sales
- Oversee Product Roadmap of Current Product
- Create a Sunset plan for current product with timelines
- Manages product objectives to ensure team remains within budget
- Incorporates comprehensive industry knowledge to address various complex, unique, and critical issues

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of professional work experience in a similar role
- 10+ years of experience in Software Delivery in the Technology space, preferably related to POS Systems and/or Hospitality
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Product Management, or a related field is an asset
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage team members
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Posses adequate time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Demonstrated experience owning a roadmap for development of a SAAS product
- Proven ability to thrive in a start-up environment as well as with larger organizations.
- Exceptional customer technical demonstration and presentation skills

**Experience**:

- Product Management: 6 years (preferred)
- I.T Industry: 6 years (preferred)
